Back on the static after a long time off - really showed today. Struggled through 12 x 1 minute intervals alternating between fast cadence and high gear, with a 1 min rest. Wanting to get back into the swing of this really

Only a couple of minutes - just doing 6 x 30s plank to get back into it. Need to concentrate on strength this next year - even quickly before bed or something.
