Back to the real hill sessions with some front face reps and some mid-station to top reps:
4x400m (+110m), 4x400m (+80m).

Body feeling fine - legs just felt disgusting and non existent. Very tough on the reps but tonnes of rest which meant a pretty low HR - I’ll start bringing the rest down properly when I get into it.
