shoes: Saucony Peregrine 4.0

First Eryri Harriers fell race and found that I really enjoyed it. Great day with a really nice course but feeling pretty sluggy on the downhill - 6th at the summit and 11th at the finish but still a really good event.

Climbing so high on such a short race killed me in the first few controls and then was very hesitant at 5 which lost me a good bit of time. Looking forward to coming back to the area for a DEE summer league but a pretty decent turnout for an ERYRI event anyway :)

Feeling slow and drawn out because of nagging shin splints - going to be stretching those in the mornings too.

Doing a lil bit of core every day to build it up as it is noticeably weak.

Feeling good and all muscles feeling fine with no problems this week.

Did a little work on the bike again so I could listen to the audiobook of the book I'm studying at school ;)
Did a little warming up on the lower gears before doing the majority of the 30 at the highest gear.
