Really good run up and around my usual loop with a tiny bit added on. Feeling goood after being at altitude but legs were still kind of feeling as if they needed some oil. Fastest longest run I've done :)

Cool exercise bike telling me my kilometres. 3 minutes on / 2 minutes off upping the gear every time.

Circle up n along the valley and then crossing over to come up n back down.
UTMB getting started properly today - went back (multiple times) to the inov-8 stand today after buying a trail vest yesterday, told them the sole I had to identify was from a Mudclaw and won some X-Talons and a cap. Quality product team on the stand.
Very pleased this week and actually a really good summer.

Mountain Running 34:40 [2] 5.78 km (6:00 / km) +150m 5:19 / km
shoes: Saucony Peregrine 4.0

Leg 1 feeling good. Leg 2 not so much.
Out with the fam in the morning doing a bit of walking anyway, decided to walk home but then ended up with a light jog really. Unprepared with a backpack on and a cotton shirt but still jogged back anyway. No Garmin so no distances.

Cycling / Spinning (Mountain Biking) 1:32:00 [3] 11.0 km (7.2 kph) +650m

Garmin had stopped working so all distances are estimates.
Some bits were steeeep so this included some walking in some places until I sorted the gears out on the bike half way up the mountain. Went up a zigzagging track of grit n loose rocks for 1h12 to come down in 20. Worth it. Watched the start of the UTMB PTL this morning too
6 PM

Swimming (50 lengths) 30:00 [3]

Cham 50m outdoor pool - did 24.5 lengths. Final length the opposite leg cramped up the same as the other one had before but I could get out and stretch it straight away so I avoided most of the pain. Not sure what this is about really...
Been rolling with a hard tennis ball - don't know where this is going
