Shocking first night race for a while. So bad with my concentration on the first half of the course and just trying to go way too fast and making stupid errors. A lot going on at the moment outside training so not feeling very good overall - kind of clunking up on me tonight.

Had to stay after school for a talk so thought this would be a cool run to do. Went up to Grosvenor Park and along the canal in the middle of Chester - nice to do in the dark too.
