Back right in the middle of the massive pack at the start so missed out on a fast time - did a lot of work at the start to overtake before I got to the front and just cruised easily away

Was going out for a chilled 1 but looked at my watch about 4k in and was doing 3:40 min/km so did the first 5k in a bit over 18 mins. Was in the middle of Chester 10 mins before school so banged it back over for the last couple of k'z.
