Good to be using our areas for races! Was a little grim getting through the forest in some places and despite most of the controls being on paths it was still good to get out. Did all the controls in 48min

First summer evening one of the season - lush weather but v brambly really. Dibber didn’t register in the start punch but it was sorted and I did get the win. Feeling alright with the pace but direction not so strong today

Back on the static after a long time off - really showed today. Struggled through 12 x 1 minute intervals alternating between fast cadence and high gear, with a 1 min rest. Wanting to get back into the swing of this really
