A smaller hill session tonight - doing the skips/bounds again to get some work on technique. Felt so much more tiring than actual fast reps even though I still only did 6 :(

No exam today so a bit of a revision break. Hill session with 3x 2min reps and then a tempo up to the top of the hill and pushing it on the way back down. Legs not feeling painful so very good to do.
