Finished 5th. Disappointing control #1 losing about 5 mins just messing around looking at random controls. Felt like I could pull some time back so I pushed alright for the rest of the race. Shame about the weather n the mistake because it was a fun course really :)

Trial race for JHIs and Welsh Junior Champs - 1st.
Not necessarily a good day of preparation yesterday but felt good this morning - got to the front on a long climb and held it to the top. Steep downhill to follow so went out hard and dropped other two to finish strong :))

Applied for a North Wales Gold Card for free gym / swimming / athletics track so trying it out today at Denbigh Leisure Centre. Mad gym with loads of equipment and each with a personal TechnoGym account option.

1st time on a treadmill. Very hard session which I was definitely struggling through by the end.

Again, another bad day of nothing. Will definitely try and improve and get sorted by the end of the week. An easy session just in a progression through the gears at an easy pace.
