Easy on the roads around Chamonix - down to Les Gaillands and back past Les Praz. Didn’t look at the pace on the watch at all and felt fine - looking forward to actually getting skiing soon tho.

Solo in Chamonix. Pretty much all the lifts closed after rain on snow last night and the cross country tracks in a bad state.

Planned for a good loop and got going. Aimed to get up to the Planpraz but turned back in knee deep snow on a pretty exposed slope - same thing again up to Flegere. Went across to the Floria and down for a section from Les Praz home. Excellent stuff but pretty tricky in the deep snow.

Traditional mid-travel beach jog. Down muddy paths of a nature reserve and along the road in a mad headwind before getting back along the beach and a stint through the dunes. Nice and easy.

30 minutes max so went for a steadier ~half an hour.
Fairly undulating and layer of mud underneath but hit it fine. Feeling alright to get out a lot while I’m off for the next couple of weeks.

Early one to get it in before a busy day. Nice and easy for a more hilly approach to the Rhuallt loop on the roads. Felt good and fine but very tired afterwards - need to watch how I’m going with so little sleep and this many miles.

Got my entry in for the YCC - junior UTMB race in the summer to do with the Marathon du Mont Blanc.

Easy one this around the normal Tremeirchion loop. Feel quicker all the time.
