Classic spin session to rest the hip today - feeling fine and problems only coming when lying on my side in core exercises.

Snowdon Horseshoe with a good group - Crib Goch, Carnedd Ugain, Snowdon, Y Lliwedd to Pen y Pass. Nice.

Mostly scrambling with no real pace until we were back on the Miners’ Path at the end for a little tempo so hip pain held off until then. No discomfort afterwards but lump still getting bigger...

Missing out recently so couldn’t resist a trip to mess around on Moel-y-Parc with a couple of climbs in the sun. Hip started off okay but ended in quite a state so no running to be done tomorrow.

Big long run that had been in the works for months planned for Saturday but not going to happen now - doctor says it is Bursitis as I thought after I had a pretty juicy lump on the painful side. Another trip back on Tuesday for some treatment.

Treadmill 15% session in case I needed to get off early. Really nice aerobic work on the hills with some solid effort but hip started to niggle on the 4th rep so gave the last one a miss and will take an easy day again tomorrow.

Just really enjoying the climbs in some lush sun and some chill times - hip letting me make the most of it too.
