2 km WU with mum and then 8 x 100m sprint with 100m jog between. Easy jog in between and then 8 x 10 seconds hard 20 seconds jog. Finished with 2.2 km at 4:30 pace. Was fairly pleased with the effort as I am still a bit sick and my legs and butt muscles were a bit sore.
