Icy Intervals Session
Short sharp 10 x 250m intervals along the river path in Dromore.
Was quite Icy under foot so had to be careful while running especially on the road leading to the path and the corners..
Quick session before we left Ireland and made our way to Scotland.
Been having Knee pains while running over here, most likely from the cold but still taking it easy as a precaution.
