Wasn't feeling 100% when I woke up so didn't push as hard as I was planning.
Ended up going at about 1/2 to 3/4 effort, my recovery time wasn't too long once finished and I wasn't feeling completely destroyed.
Plan is to build on it up until camp and through till nationals.

Usual saturday drills/stride mechanics session with Gene.
Added in some strength and speed work activities.
Got into pairs and completed shuttles, hotsteps through ladder, parachute running and weighted efforts up the hill.
Definitely feeling it in my quads now but was a lot of fun and nice to add new things into the session.
Finished with a easy warm down through the bush tracks.
