Legs were quite heavy from yesterday's high intensity session after drills.
So did a really easy paced jog up and around one tree hill

Started fine, plan was to keep up with Allan/pacer for 22:30 but wasn't feeling very well this morning/last night so had to slow it right down to a jog after the end of the second lap.
Pace felt good though had I been feeling better.

Drills + 10 minutes of high intensity.
Today's high intensity session included, Pair shuttles (diagonal), ropes (jumping over various heights) and weighted vest hill sprints.
Took it real easy and shortened the wu/wd as well as drills as I still wasn't feeling very strong/good.

Legs are back to being quite sore after yesterdays dance lesson.

Kind of hot, but not as bad as on Monday.
Leg seems to be feeling better, but blisters on my feet were a bit sore.
Checking out the other end of the cycle path.

Really slow, easy paced run.
Now that exams are finished I'm trying to get back into frequent runs.
Still quite sore and tired from yesterdays event so kept it fairly short today.
Starting to heat up during the day and by 2pm was quite warm so definitely shocked me a little.
Right tendon in lower leg is still causing me a fair bit of pain and annoyance, however cold seems to be mostly gone.
