Really slow, 90 minute session.
Tried to climb one tree hill as many times as I could in that time.
Legs are quite tired from the double session yesterday but managed to get through it.
Feet are also sore and got a few more blisters now.
Ran up and down the road loop 3, and then added some accent and decent on the terrain side which was much steeper and rougher under foot.
Ended up rolling over on my ankle a few times.

was beginning to feel a bit warm and tired from the hard session earlier.

A group of North West juniors, seniors, elites and visitors (Florian and Lea).
Easy pace around the different volcanoes and beaches in Devonport.
Felt quite warm and a few of the sharper hills/stairs killed me in the legs a bit.
Overall very enjoyable evening run followed by pizza, chat and inspiration.

Ran course 2 at summer nav.
didn't push it too hard but picked up the pace towards the end to try and beat the rain clouds.
Also had a young girl trying to beat me so put in some extra to get past her on the down hill.
