drills, strides and part of the high intensity agility course.
Leg was getting quite sore again after the drills so stopped early. (I think the dancing is causing some problems)
Didn't want to completely kill myself before camp.

Had been unwell for part of the night and didn't want to push it too much.
Decided to take a rest day considering I would only have been able to do a really short session.

Legs were a bit sore from the dance lesson yesterday.
Aim was to do an easy pace session and try out some different routes to what I would normally have done.
Ran up all the hills even if it meant slowing right down to a jog.
Felt good as I still had a spring even towards the end.
Was careful about speed on roads as there was a lot of hard surface running and my legs often get quite sore from it.

Legs felt okay this time but head just wasn't there especially for the last few laps.
Heat was getting to me and there was very little wind compared to usual.
Hopefully it won't be as hot when we do it at camp.
Was nice to be able to do it with Meghan though.

Was quite stiff from the weekend so I did a real easy paced 30 minute jog down the cycle way.
Tried to keep the pace fairly even but did have a gradual uphill and head wind coming back home.
By the time I got out there it was the middle of the day again and it was quite warm again.
However still fairly enjoyable.
