Icy Intervals Session
Short sharp 10 x 250m intervals along the river path in Dromore.
Was quite Icy under foot so had to be careful while running especially on the road leading to the path and the corners..
Quick session before we left Ireland and made our way to Scotland.
Been having Knee pains while running over here, most likely from the cold but still taking it easy as a precaution.

Really nice run through the snowy paths in gortin Glen. Was pretty tough running through icy paths, slushy snow, and thick shin deep snow. But was really enjoyable all the same.
Wasn't too cold and was really beautiful in the woods.
Was a bit annoyed to see there was actually a permanent orienteering course out there and a map available online. Was still fun to just run though.
