Doctor said 2 weeks after I broke it could start taking the sling off, doing some exercises in it etc, then 4 weeks after it should be pretty much healed so I'm allowed to run again, plan is to have the first run back be a jog round the sprint (qualifier and maybe final we'll see) and then go all in on the middle :)

Went to a spinning session at the gym as it's pretty much the only exercise I can do with a broken collarbone. Actually felt really good with the lungs, legs destroyed by the end
