Saturday Jan 25 #

Cycling 30:00 [3] 12.0 km (2:30 / km)

In Early, Out Late for day 1 of the hackathon.

Friday Jan 24 #

Cycling 15:00 [3] 6.0 km (2:30 / km)

Home late. No unclipping but doesn't really count at 11:30.

Running 35:06 [3] 5.75 km (6:06 / km)

Plod into work, more enjoyable route via Greenbank and riverside park. Foot a little sore.

Thursday Jan 23 #

Cycling 15:00 [3] 6.0 km (2:30 / km)

Running 30:03 [3] 5.7 km (5:16 / km)

Run home on quite an uninspiring route through Stokes Croft and Easton. Not sure there's much of a better way than this.

Wednesday Jan 22 #

Orienteering 1:00:00 [3] 4.5 km (13:20 / km)

Taping and checking at Gwaelod with Dan for the night race. Forest is in good condition and will be challenging in the dark.

Tuesday Jan 21 #

Cycling 30:00 [3] 12.0 km (2:30 / km)

Not too icy, not too cold, not too much to report.

Running 47:12 [3] 9.6 km (4:55 / km)

Track 9x600

Feeling ready for a good physical effort after a decent mental effort during the day. Track was a bit slippery which made it more effort and went out a little bit too fast to maintain on the last few reps. Good to get the HR high and enjoying running with this group.

Monday Jan 20 #

Cycling 30:00 [3] 12.0 km (2:30 / km)

Nearly achieved the unthinkable this morning, a clean run into the office without unclipping. Only one stop at the temporary lights at Colston Hall, do we dare to believe it's possible?
