Lakeland Warrior - Blind Lane

Quite a strange area, really narrow but a really good course left plenty of route choice and challenge.

Probably my best ever run, not sure I could have physically pushed much harder and only minimal mistakes. Was caught by Adam Conway on the way to 6 but got away before he caught me again at 11. Then "together" all the way until the end when I would catch him up as he hesitated in the circle.

Lakeland Warrior Midde - Thwaite Head

Stopped concentrating on the way to 2 and got really confused by a ride. Caught up the train again a bit later which resulted in a good burn-up. Felt like a championship race with so many people on the same course as each other. Great fun.

Lakeland Warrior Middle - Bishop Woods

Concentrated on the way to 2, and all the way until 6. Lost contact on the way to 7 and stopped a lot too early on the way to 10. Really nice to be out in the night again, it's good for the soul.

Core & glutes generally feeling stronger than a month ago. Upper body lacking. Weight is down a little from a month ago as well, need to watch that over the next few weeks.

Wet loop around Kendal. Castle and Serpentine Woods.

End of trip in Scotland, drive back down to Kendal for a few days before starting working next week.

Walking 5:46:16 [3] 29.3 km (11:49 / km) +1170m 9:51 / km

White Mounth munros circuit. Very easy going, they build motorways for paths up here. The lochnager corrie was very impressive and met a man called Brett who was enjoying watching spitting image. One of the paths was sponsored by Brewdog, but not sure which one.
