Baffling to think I once weighed 57kg, must have been skeletal.

Really struggled in the last week with the potential doom of the lockdown but have picked myself up a bit over the course of the week.

Running 35:30 [3] 6.8 km (5:13 / km) +180m 4:37 / km

Explore around the local streets before my first workout at the 146 gym.

S&C 30:00 [3]

5x (5 banded pull-ups, 10 press-ups, 15 sit-ups)

At failure for pull-ups and sit-ups by end of set but press-ups were ok.

My housemates are pretty keen, going to get strong during this lockdown.

10k around Derwent Edge with my new housemate Rhys.

Beautiful (and busy) day, nice inversion over the dam in the distance. Good to be living with someone at the moment who is up for this kind of thing.

Struggled to get out at lunchtime so just a short one investigating the descent from my house into Rivelin. Didn't get the best way this time but hopeful for the future.

First run with Dark Peak, and last for a while..

Bit further than I perhaps wanted and going at a decent enough pace. Always nice to run in a group at night with no idea of where you are going at all.

Loxley with Chris and Dan

They were running to Dam Flask and then back into Rivelin so just ran out 5k and back. Small river wade in Loxley after ending up on the wrong bank.

Standard Rivelin with Chris

Good to have a flexible schedule and be able to get out during the daytime. Plenty of little paths to explore to create the perfect route (this was not yet it).
