Baffling to think I once weighed 57kg, must have been skeletal.
Really struggled in the last week with the potential doom of the lockdown but have picked myself up a bit over the course of the week.

5x (5 banded pull-ups, 10 press-ups, 15 sit-ups)
At failure for pull-ups and sit-ups by end of set but press-ups were ok.
My housemates are pretty keen, going to get strong during this lockdown.
