'Run' up Morven for one of mums friends 40th b-day
Started off slowly jogging up to the base of the first climb, before grinding to a halt and walking up the 1km 36% first climb, once up to the first plateau we ran for about 200m before starting the second climb. once up the second climb we just about jogged up the 3rd and onto the summit. We sat at the summit for about 30 mins before starting the decent down. We came down the firdt climb the same way, then headed south a bit to get onto the other slightly easier route down (by request of Katie) we then curved back round to the track up and came onto it just before the field at the bottom.
