Running 1:45:00 [3] 8.0 km (13:08 / km) +650m 9:20 / km

'Run' up Morven for one of mums friends 40th b-day

Started off slowly jogging up to the base of the first climb, before grinding to a halt and walking up the 1km 36% first climb, once up to the first plateau we ran for about 200m before starting the second climb. once up the second climb we just about jogged up the 3rd and onto the summit. We sat at the summit for about 30 mins before starting the decent down. We came down the firdt climb the same way, then headed south a bit to get onto the other slightly easier route down (by request of Katie) we then curved back round to the track up and came onto it just before the field at the bottom.

Running 55:00 [3] 8.0 km (6:53 / km)

Medium length run up Craiglash (near Finzean)

Started off quite slow along a questionable track before getting into the moor and onto a nice small trod up to the top. kept going along the spur of the hill for a while before dropping down into a load of shoulder high bracken, then down into the woods onto a large track which took us back up the hill to pretty much where we started.

Biking 1:00:00 [2] 15.0 km (4:00 / km)

Short bike ride along the north side of Glen Tanner.

started off at the usual car park and went straight up the steep hill behind (just about managed to bike up it!) Then back down a bit to the sawmill and picked a few cherry's for 10 mins. Then continued up the forest road to the Half-way hut, before turning round and going back on the other side.

Running 48:00 [4] 7.0 km (6:51 / km)

12 2x1s at Redburn

Had a 10 min warm up going up the main track, then turning off it and onto a small side track onto the moor. Started just before the open stuff and on the 3rd one I managed to run about 10m from a load off beehives and get stung :( decided to keep going and continued with only a few minor diversions to avoid more of the beehives. Did a couple of intervals along the road at the bottom before going back onto some tracks for a while. after about another 2 intervals we had to go properly into terrain and ended up doing the last few through a mixture of shin deep heather and bog.

Hill Walking 2:30:00 [2]

Walk up Stuchd an lochain (over in Glen Lyon)

Started walking reasonably early at 9:00. we then walked up to the top of the dam and slogged up the track/ditch onto the ridge and walked round the corrie and up the last section up to the top. We then walked back down exactly the same way that we came up.
