First proper training in a while, mass start and then we waited for everyone at 4 and 8. Felt quite bad on the slog straight up the hill to number 1 but felt a lot better from then onwards. stopped a bit early on number 7 but realised and carried on to where the control would've been. Ok line stright down the face of the hill to number 8, drifted a bit to the left but got it ok. Started off good on 9 but dropped about 3 contours to low on the way round, I then climbed a bit almost to the control site then thought I was to high and dropped down again. bad line to 10 but got there ok. Went a bit to far on 12 but didn't realise at the time so I was about 50m off no 13.
Running warm up/down 15:00 [1] 1.5 km (10:00 / km)
Warm up to the start - no stretches or drills but felt good anyway.
