Prolouge on Whinny hill (Arthurs seat) 'selection' for chasing start on Whinney hill as well.

Chasing start on Whinney hill. Started quite high up for some reason but sadly didn't get a mirrored map :( so I ended up winning.......

Tennis at Torphins

Spent the first half of the lesson working on volleys and footwork, felt good not making to many un forced errors. We then spent a while rallying (getting absolutely soaked) , first in the service box then working our way back to the baseline. We then played champions for the rest of the lesson.

WeTT at Birsemore

First proper training in a while, mass start and then we waited for everyone at 4 and 8. Felt quite bad on the slog straight up the hill to number 1 but felt a lot better from then onwards. stopped a bit early on number 7 but realised and carried on to where the control would've been. Ok line stright down the face of the hill to number 8, drifted a bit to the left but got it ok. Started off good on 9 but dropped about 3 contours to low on the way round, I then climbed a bit almost to the control site then thought I was to high and dropped down again. bad line to 10 but got there ok. Went a bit to far on 12 but didn't realise at the time so I was about 50m off no 13.

Running warm up/down 15:00 [1] 1.5 km (10:00 / km)

Warm up to the start - no stretches or drills but felt good anyway.

Training at Bogindreip

long course to start off the training-focusing on relay training for the Peter Palmers, so as not to split up to much we waited at 3 and 6. 3 of us got the first 3 fine but we then waited for 10mins for Graeme who came in 180 degrees the wrong direction having got none of the first 3. I then led from 3-4 but they got a wee bit a head of me on the track leg, before messing up so I got to 6 2mins before them. Nailed the 2 tricky legs (your welcome Joel) and then overshot the last leg massively.

missed 9 cuz I was on the wrong side of a track but good otherwise.
