Shortish training at Bellwood, gaffled courses-training for Peter Palmers. Felt good throughout the course. only a couple of small erorrs but good apart from that.

Started off along the usual route to the castle grounds for stretches then a couple of intervals along to the road crossing, then one big one down to the bridge. Then another few up the track to the gate before turning around and doing a steady easy run back (4:30ks) with Joel.
