Long bike ride with Joel up the Fungle, along and then dropped down to birse castle before going most of the way up Lamahip and round, then down to the Birse road up through Balfour forest and down the MTB trails to Joels.

3 2x1s along the 'flat' to the bottom of the real hill then 5 1x1s up the hill and 2 1x1s down part of the hill. Felt pretty bad to start with but felt better after the first few intervals.
