Running 1:35:00 [3] 11.5 km (8:16 / km) +520m 6:44 / km

Run up Pressendye with mum and dad

Started off just outside Tarland and ran up the race route until all the way, felling pretty slow but ok otherwise. Then me and mum went down onto Pittenderich, then off the other side and down. Mum then sent us the wrong way so we wasted about 20 mins getting back to where we should've been. and then back the same way.

Biking 4:00:00 [3] 65.0 km (16.3 kph) +375m

Letterfrack-Crough Patrick

Went along the main road to Irelands only fjord for about 25km to a small village in the middle of nowhere where there was about 150 farmers each with about 3rams for buying/selling. We then went most of the way back along the other side of the fjord , then turned north again and carried on until Louisburgh where we went to a cafe, but going from there it was completely soaking and disgusting.

Biking 4:00:00 [3] 67.0 km (16.7 kph) +750m

Croagh Patrick-Cong

Started off along some small backroads with grass growing throught the middle, then we went on to the main road for a while before turning off it a bit later and then went up the first small climb, before dropping all of it and doing the proper climb over a 280m 'pass' from about 70m. We then dropped all of it in a fun decent down to Toormakeady. Then we just biked along a smallish road (only seeing about 4 cars) for about 25km. then we just went the last 6km along the main road.
