First DNC of the year at Birsemore

Course quite reminded me of the 6 days. As its one of the first nigh Os of the sseason I took it quite easy for the first few only slightly missing 2 and 3. Then got into it a bit and sped up a lot for the rest making only terrain route errors. So overall a very good start to the season. Long may that continue.

This is real night O boys ;)

Junior inter-areas + SOL at Drummond Hill

Started off knowing that to win the SOLs I would have to be 3rd or above and knowing I could get good points for north area.

I started steady on the first leg and not messing up. Then just got into it a bit and started really going for it. Was completely fine up until #13 where I came way to high but recovered quickly. About a 40sec error and that was it.

Note to self: Kept good map contact and focus throughout, giving my mind breaks along tracks

Junior inter-areas relays

Started off just ahead of Luke and nailed the first few before endeing up leading 4 other people round until 10 where I dropped them. Going 11 to 12 I went on a stupid route losing me 4 places and 1.5 mins.
