Stopped early because the court was sheet ice, again. Did drills all session because it was almost impossible to run.

Courts were sheet ice so it was quite difficult to play but good fun.

'Blue' at Glen Nant

Taking it steady as it didn't count and it was a training weekend. Clean until the long (1km+) 7-8 where I was indecicive and then went along side of the re-entrant to the North of the hill Then missed it going down- overall lost about 3mins on the leg. In hindsite I should've just stuck round the bottom of the hill. Then drifted left on 9 wasting about 1 min. The forgot to re-ajust my bearing on 10 losing about 2.5 mins. Didn't check my compass going to 11 and went down the ridge to the west and lost 3.5mins. Then I stuck the boot in and didn't make any more mistakes.

Overall about 10 mins of mistakes so not a very good run but it was training.

Note to self: keep map contact and check compass.
