Running 1:45:00 [3] 15.0 km (7:00 / km) +350m 6:16 / km

Long run with Joel round glen tanner

Went up from the stable yard, then round the 3 bridges backwards, before going up the old deeside runners long loop and then going down, before clibing up to the back o' Baudy Meg with about 30cm of snow andd 1m drifts. Made slow progress along the top but then whizzed down the track, and along to the tower O' Ess. A good fun run.

BTS- finaly got round to changing to dobbed tyres for the snow, took ages to get there so was a bit late.

Started off with 70 mins of shoveling for the weekend then we went inside and worked on volleys and footwork for an hour.

Wee ski round Aboyne golf course

Went out with mum and made a loop round the course, then went and did it again. A good bit of fun.

BTS Ice pretty much all the way so I took it slow and tried not to fall.
4 PM

Biking 45:00 [2] 7.0 km (6:26 / km)

BFS Most of the ice had melted so it was completly soaking and mucky
6 PM

Orienteering 44:18 [4] 3.6 km (12:18 / km) +100m 10:48 / km

DNC at Potarch-tough

Started off good but slow, Then was just a bit sloppy to #2 #3 then on #4 I was to low and got confused, before going back and redoing the leg- lost about 4mins I think. Went along the path to 5 but overshot and lost about 30secs. Good to 6 but messed up 7. In hindsight I should've just gone straight to teh wall but instead I went to far along the path, had to come back and lost similar to 4 I reckon. 8 I drifted right and ended up hitting the finish first cause of an unmapped boulder, then got it fine and finished.

Note to self: stop and think about routechoice before you go.

run through the woods to the victory hall then intervals up a small hill in a field then back through the woods to the school

Training at Bogendreip

Felt pretty unmotivated as it wasn't the most interesting and the entire forest was in the process of gettin thinned. Did alright a few stupid errors but nothing major.
