Run with mum

Went over the main track through Balfour, out onto the top then dropped down to Glen Cat, then slogged up the other side. Turned left along the ridge along to Llamahip etc then up Llamahip where mum went back to go over Carnferg While I continued along the ridge then turned down at the crossroads back into Glen cat where dad was.

DNC at Balmedie

Not much to say for anything except was slow and careful to 5. One of the best runs I've ever had Nailing absolutley everything at full speed. So happy with it.

Note to self: used compass non-stop and had great map contact.

Running club through Balnagowan

Few sprints up the Tarland way then split up in the woods with us fast ones going the long way and the others the short way. Cut through the windblow and perfectly met with them at the lower track then along through Aboyne on the Deeside way.
