Run up Cnocdubh

Started off with mum around Loch Kinnord then lost her along the track so came up to the road and along to the path up the side of Muir of Dinnet, between it and Redburn. All the way along to Cambus and then up Cnocdubh to the top. Then the fun started as I dropped down off of the hill the correct way however Somewhere along the line I must have turned the wrong way as I was running around up down and in circles for about 20+ mins. Finally gave up and cut down the hill then across the road, through the marsh and braken eventually getting on to the Lochside path, then back to Dinnet.

DNC at Corsedardar

Started off slow up the hill and past 8 on the way to #1. Came in a bit high and far then a certain Chapman called me over to the wrong one so had to go back up and in lost about 2 mins. Up the re-enterant and along the top of the hill to #2. down to the track then along and up the other one to the steep bit, taking a bearing and absolutly nailing it to #3. Direct up to #4. Came to high for #5 and then dropped to low losing about 30secs. down the edge of the boulders and into the lower re-enterant taking a bearing to #6 and getting it good. Up to the ride then just along below the steep slope all the way to the track and then bearing in. down the line of run and straight up the hill on the other side again nailing the nav to the re-enterant by the ride. Then dropped down and into #8. Out to the track and down for the finnish

Deeside runners at Aboyne mixture of intervals

Jog along to Ru Na Haven. Started off with a long one from the 90 degree bend in Ru Na Haven all the way to just before the main road (700m) Then along the main road to the school (600m) Then a short one down to the bus bays (150m) Around the bus bays (150m) The another long one out along Morven place then back (800m) A wee jog down to the road along the green then a short one to the alley down to the riverside road (100-m) then another one down the alley and along to the bridge (200m) Then up and around that loop in a oner (600m) Then out to the end of the bridge road (400m) and back in another one. Jog along the river road to the alley then a short one down the alley (100m) Medium one along St Euans road then first left up to the main road (250m) Then a jog along the road up to Kemsly Green and a short one(200m) and then a really short one (100-m) Then jog back to school
