Map Memory excercise on Grandtully. Was part of a phat ever changing train, only error was not noticing there were 2+ controls on some legs... Anyway thats where the train comes in. All inc Walk to start

Kinnoul hill Draw your own course excercise (5mins to replicate map+course so realisticslly only reason i got around was by being w the other 16s) Decent fun, only issue being the nicked control but just about made it around

Just doing stuff on the track w/ running club, knees v sore after just 1lap (200m) and then stopped after the relay as L quad tweaked. Starting to notice pattern w/ these niggles/injuries all upper left, hip, groin and quad probably related to the same thing so will try to get into excercises and mabye work out whats causing them.

Training at Murray Park (Alford)

Control hanging then blank map excercises, was right on all legs which is a new one on me but havent done a blank map excercise in a while so prossibly been a longer issue, will try to correct at scotjos this weekend (even if its just going L of all trees deffo worth the fix)
