Inter-area relays. As usual they managed to scuff the teams so by the time i got out i was frozen just cruised around with no-one really behind me and the others several mins+ ahead. V V cold feet got to the stage of feeling warm and my hands were in constant pain, overall an average run, average day, average area...

Note to self: remember thermal.

DNC at Glen O Dee

Decided to ease off a bit given as its the first night o of the season and get the nav right, started off well with a 1:20 min mistake at #1 then fairly clean from there taking advantage of tracks and prior knowlage of unmapped windblow to stay clean, only 10 mins down on Matt

First excercise was a very original course on the hill, propbably had about 2 legs i hadnt done yesterday only reason i did it was because of an extra couple of legs getting into the really nice given by Louis.
