Checking/ taping Muir of Dinnet night O controls, V slow cuz tape was brittle and very sticky so was just breaking or sticking to the wrong things, probably to do with the cold

Was wet in the morning so got a lift with my bike but forgot my bike key so got a lift back as well cuz i had already locked it up. not feeling up to intervals so didnt go.

Inter-areas at Cambus

Decided to run in a jumper and gloves after yesterday so of course the weather decided to change and go up to at least 5 degrees in the forest! Nav was all good (helped by basically doing half the legs at previous events) apart from a lack of compass going into #3 then going down the wrong completely different spur into #10 and a few wee blips in the vauge bit. Need a new pair of shoes Asap but not sure what to get as icebugs keep falling apart for me.

Note to self: keep checking compass
