My heel was bugging me today I could've ran but the consequences woulld put me worse off and the focus is long term. I don't want to enter the season on the side line so I will take an extra day or two of cross training to nip it in the bud before it escalates to something serious. I did some tempo effort on the elliptical held a good effort for 15min and then did 4 x 3min hard 3 min off to end. Felt good to get some sort of quality.

got in my strength workout today. Squats at 35lb, deadlifts 115lb, core, pushups, aussie pullups, walking series 10lbs or 15lbs depending on exercise.
