Good effort in the pool today. It was odd certain movements with the resistance of the water slightly aggravated my leg but nothing unbearable and after a while things were smooth sailing. My arms were feeling it during the intervals. Ended with some strides with a focus on running tall and getting my heel to my butt.
Also the googles made a huge difference in my confidence and ability to swim.

I decided to cross train instead of run today. I want this achilles thing to leave for good! Got nice and sweaty and walked out with my clothing being a different hue. went to see Jo and she really loosened things up. Tried some KT tape. I have one more appointment before time trial.
