Did the hill surge workout. I felt that things went better this week compared to last week. I just kept focusing on just beat Maxie up. I won 2/3 hills and made sure to push the flats/in betweens as well. I felt like I finished emptying more than I did the previous week but I still am going to explore getting more out and dealing with being uncomfortable. Overall I was pleased with the way the workout went.
