Today was great! I got a good sleep, had lots of energy and focus. Throughout the workout I kept pushing and focusing on the current moment and what I needed to get done. HR got to 27, I was happy with the effort today. Out of the pool had a main focus of form and effort.

Nice easy barefoot run with Maxie around the track.
Ended with hip mobility and stretching
Took an ice bath after dinner
