Nice barefoot run around the turf.
everything is feeling good I’m a little tired but no aches and pains.

Elliptical 15:00 [3] 1.5 km (10:00 / km)

It was weird I actually enjoyed the elliptical and found myself going at a higher level with less effort than normal.

The bike flew by today I actually went over 15min by a few seconds because I wasn’t watching my watch and was in conversation.

My arms were feeling sore from yesterday since I upped the weight for the med ball but regardless I went with the same weight and pushed through to do 15 reps of each. Good strength I will use 6kg for the leg exercises next week.

Nice workout with the blondes today. Legs are feeling pretty good. Can’t wait for the weekend! Time to get in deep, compete, feed the good wolf and deal with it!
