Decent run today. I had a weird type of energy hyper but the body was feeling all the awesome work. Right ankle was a bit sore from rolling it yesterday while running over uneven surfaces. For the intervals some silly dogs were in our way and it bugged me more than it should. Was sticking and working with Maxie but after that I got into a bad mindset, but snapped it of it with some conscious effort.
