Good run today. It was a hot one just like the last few days have been. I ran over to point pleasant park to meet up with a local running group for their workout. I missed the official start but there were a lot of them so it was not hard to hop in. Ran with some really nice ladies, got in a good effort but nothing crazy. Did cool down with them around town and didn’t realize how long I was going until I was at 1:30 and still a decent way from home. I embraced the suck and enjoyed the run and the heat.

I was pooped from the day but I want to build the habit of going for doubles on saturdays so I went for a short run over to the commons and did some loops on the grass. Ended with core and stretching.
