Nice shakeout from the house with beks. Excited to get my license! Also stretched after the run. The focus for this week is getting in a stretch session after every run and not just the formal practices.

Today was not my best workout. My legs felt flat and instead of going with it I had judgement especially for the first set, things got better with pushing and embracing as the workout progressed.
