Today was a grinder the effort was there but the legs didn’t go. I made an effort to not focus on my legs and to have my eyes up. Feeling zonked after this had to have a nap.

Nice barefoot run between classes. Ran into Camille from the ski team and ran with her. Time went by super quick when we were talking and I stopped feeling sorry for myself.
