Running warm up/down 15:00 [3] 3.0 km (5:00 / km)

Nice easy warmup on the coe hill/Ellis loop

Running hills 40:00 [3] 9.0 km (4:27 / km)

3 times the loop with pushes up the hills (1km then a 300m hill). My legs feel like they're coming back and finally starting to use my butt drive. Happy with the effort today.

Nice cooldown had some good chats with the girls

Did the push-up sit up ladder, medicine ball circuit, and walking weight series. Had fun today and enjoyed the all-bran flakes!

Legs were feeling kinda tired and mind was everywhere from a busy day at school and with 3 physics assignments coming up. Once I got moving things were good

Running tempo (Spring road loop) 38:00 [3] 9.0 km (4:13 / km)

Don't actually know how fast each repeat was. Did 4 reps of spring road. Easy to the start tempo along it up to the top of a killer hill and fast for 50m at the top. The hill was super tough no matter how hard I pushed it felt like I couldn't go faster. A great way to get the heart rate up. Happy with today mileage and effort wise

Easy run hips felt a bit tight and took a while too feel good but at the end I was starting to loosen up.

Running intervals 25:00 [3] 3.6 km (6:57 / km)

5 times 600 at 1500-3km pace with 3 mins rest in between each rep
Ran 2:04, 2:01, 2:03, 2:06, 2:02 felt like I was lacking focus for the 4th interval. My legs felt fine but like I couldn't go much faster. I ended the repeats with what seemed like more juice left than I should've. Finished with 3 200s in 36-37

Nice warm up and cool down. Since I haven't been running much my pace gauge is off and my warm up seemed rather peppy

felt good to get back into routine with strength after 2 weeks of altered workouts

Nice easy run through High Park. Super muddy though my new shoes no longer look new.
