So I attempted to bike to hamilton to meet up with my cousin but I got caught in three different rain storms. My body and muscles got extremely cold and everything was starting to seize up. I decided with 20km left to not pursue the rest of the journey because I didn't want to end up with a knee injury from biking when running is the priority. I went for Thai food and must have looked quite odd walking in my barefoot at he restaurant because my feet and shoes were so wet and cold. My body forgot what it felt like to feel warmth for the 2hrs coming home on the go train.

Did some walking and jogging to let my body know that the running motion is okay. My shin was feeling better today but still not great. Body was also very tired from the ride earlier
