Ran to practice and then did warmup with the team then 3 x tempo loop (just over 1800) at tempo effort with 5' jr between each one. All three were 7:18. They didn't necessarily feel hard but it felt like I couldn't push myself to go faster. I was pretty tired from a previous nights crappy sleep.

Did the majority of the strength workout. I didn't do the step ups but did all the other exercises. Was not really in the mood today. I procrastinate to get the gym then got hungry mid workout. As well we just sold our old house so I was helping out and getting distracted with that.

Did core and pushups and my physio exercises at the gym this morning. My knee was ever so slightly starting to bug me because I've been neglecting doing my exercises so I made sure to do them today.

Nice easy run by the waterfront this morning to start the day off.

Full strength workout today. Upped teh weight from last time. 45lb kettle bell goblet squats, 115lb deadlifts, core routine, 3 sets of pushups, step ups (12lbs), aussie pullups, walking series 15lbs for all but 10lbs for presses and walking halos. Stretched and rolled.

Nice easy run. It was hot but I got her done. My body preferred the grass sections to the concrete ones.

Greg and I decided I would jsut run the 5km I was entered in and not race it. I did a 20min warm up and 20min cooldown. Things felt well legs were tired from yesterday's workout so I was happy to not be racing.

Did a 60min run with Laura in the mid afternoon it was stifling hot and I was in chafe city. I was feeling pretty good by the end of it though.
