over 45mins in warm up and cooldown and 6 x 1km repeats. Felt nice and strong and the achilles wasnt bugging me until well into the cool down.

run by confederation and around the streets, achilles was bugging me by the end of it made sure to ice after.

Did the eliptical, felt good for the most part once I got into it.

Cycled into town from Maxie's on the beater.

Nice run at centennial and over to the gravel pit with Maxie and Connor. No pain what so ever and was feeling really good throughout the entire run.

Did some strength after elliptical, after lunch, and after the run. I was spending the day at the hangar so I made the most of it. Did lots of core, some arms, some squats and physio/rehab exercises as well as lots of rolling and stretching.

Biking around town. Got in a good sweat on the new bike!

Hill surge workout, I didn't full understand the workout so I didn't go as hard as I should have. Also was overthinking about my achilles. Felt good thorughout but by the end the heel was a bit sore.

Dis just over an hour on the elliptical got her going and a good sweat in for an off day.

Nice run with Maxie and Frankie in centennial everything was feeling good. I think the heel raises have been paying off. Can't wait to be back full running force!

nice workout on the arc got pretty sweaty.

did a walk jog to ease back and things felt really good no pain!

did over 45km of biking. My hamstring though was in a lot of pain when I hopped off to go to the bathroom mid ride. I could barely walk. I tried to stretch it out and walk it off but it was still rather painful throughout the day. Felt very tired and off throughout the day. Also went swimming and for multiple walks and did heel raises. I wanted to go longer but my body felt off and cycling is not my passion running is.
