Did the eliptical, felt good for the most part once I got into it.

Cycled into town from Maxie's on the beater.

Nice run at centennial and over to the gravel pit with Maxie and Connor. No pain what so ever and was feeling really good throughout the entire run.
Strength 1:20:00 
Did some strength after elliptical, after lunch, and after the run. I was spending the day at the hangar so I made the most of it. Did lots of core, some arms, some squats and physio/rehab exercises as well as lots of rolling and stretching.
