nice run with rebeks legs were feeling good. Bumped into Kip. Went out with the recruits in the evening to the hoito.

Nice easy run with hailee and rebekkah. First run back, we had lots of fun and were chatting up a storm

Did core and arms at the gym today and ended with stretching. After 3 and a half years I finally got my cycle back!

Did Zumba with Hailee. I had a blast but hailee was more giving me looks of "what do you get me into?". It was a nice change but nothing close to running.
