Today was good I spent 80min on public transit to get to the track. I made sure to focus and get the work done even though I was alone. Some random guy at the track was very intrigued by my workout and was trying to time my 100s... I felt strong in the Brazilians the 1kms were challenging but I got after it and tried to picture some ahead of me to pull me along. My foot was feeling good and so was my calf which was and is awesome! I’m glad to have got the work done! Wore a pair of shoes I don’t wear often but really liked them! I’m planning on wearing them for the 10 miler!
