Ran with Rebekkah. We went when it was snowing out and so the footing was great, the roads were better than the trails but we got the work done. The hill was pretty steep and a good challenge. Had to stop after the last hill before going into cooldown.

Today was good I spent 80min on public transit to get to the track. I made sure to focus and get the work done even though I was alone. Some random guy at the track was very intrigued by my workout and was trying to time my 100s... I felt strong in the Brazilians the 1kms were challenging but I got after it and tried to picture some ahead of me to pull me along. My foot was feeling good and so was my calf which was and is awesome! I’m glad to have got the work done! Wore a pair of shoes I don’t wear often but really liked them! I’m planning on wearing them for the 10 miler!

nice run with rebekkah and Maxie on the hospital trails, although we lost moxie in the trails. Some ladies told us she was lost so we made a plan and split up to find her. We didn't find her... Since she only wanted to do 30min and we were at 36mins still in the hospital trails we figured she must have found her way back. We go to LU and still had some running time left so we headed towards res and campus. Coming from the opposite direction we saw Maxie.

Today was a good workout. I used Rebekkah for the first part and perception of effort seemed to decreased. Focused on running fast and relaxed. My hips got tight midway and felt kinda like running through sludge but the effort was there. Will make sure to stretch and roll.

My foot was feeling much better today. I iced and rolled it a lot yesterday and this morning. Had a nice run with the girls got carried awayed when i was on my own and did some extra.
